Apple Pay is the quickest deposit on an iPhone: Face ID, done, no card number typed and nothing stored in the casino’s cashier. Every one of the eight casinos we review supports it, at a C$10 minimum.
The limitation is on the way back. Five brands pay winnings to Apple Pay; Speedz, Berriez and Flamez accept it for deposits only. If you play at one of those and win, the money leaves by a different route — usually Interac or MiFinity.
There is one genuine advantage worth calling out at those three brands: an Apple Pay deposit is C$10, while a direct card deposit at the same casinos is C$20. Same underlying card, half the minimum.
Apple Pay is not a payment method in its own right — it is a wrapper around a card you have already added to Wallet. When you pay, Apple generates a Device Account Number and a one-time cryptogram instead of sending your actual card details. The casino receives a token it cannot reuse.
That tokenisation is the real security benefit. A casino that never held your card number cannot leak it. Combined with Face ID or Touch ID authorising each transaction, it is the lowest-exposure card method available on these sites.
Because there is still a Visa or Mastercard underneath, your issuer can still decline a gambling transaction. Apple Pay does not change who makes that decision. What it does change is the friction: no typing, no stored card, and at three of these brands, a lower minimum.
Availability is limited to Apple devices with Wallet set up — iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Safari on a Mac. There is no Apple Pay on Android; the equivalent there is Google Pay, which is supported at fewer of these casinos.
You need a card already added to Apple Wallet. After that the deposit takes a few seconds.
The table below is read from each operator’s own Canadian payment page. Where a brand publishes only “credit and debit cards” rather than naming the scheme, we have noted that in the text rather than inventing a limit.
| Casino | Apple Pay deposit | Apple Pay withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Wildz | Yes — C$10 min | Yes — C$20 min |
| Caxino | Yes — C$10 min | Yes — C$20 min |
| Spinz | Yes — C$10 min | Yes — C$20 min |
| Wheelz | Yes — C$10 min | Yes — C$20 min |
| Beazt | Yes — C$10 min | Yes — C$20 min |
| Speedz | Yes — C$10 min | No |
| Berriez | Yes — C$10 min | No |
| Flamez | Yes — C$10 min | No |
Worth noting the pricing quirk: at Speedz, Berriez and Flamez an Apple Pay deposit is C$10 while a direct card deposit is C$20, even though the same card sits behind both.
Against a direct card deposit, Apple Pay is strictly better on these sites — same acceptance, better security, no stored card details, and a lower minimum at three of the eight brands. There is no scenario here where typing the card in manually gives you more.
Against Interac, Apple Pay is faster but less complete. Interac deposits and withdraws at all eight; Apple Pay withdraws at five.
Against Google Pay, Apple Pay is considerably better supported here. Google Pay is accepted at only three of the eight casinos and cannot withdraw at any of them.
Apple Pay is the best deposit method on this list for anyone using an iPhone: universally accepted across the eight brands, more secure than typing a card, and cheaper to use at the three casinos that set a higher card minimum.
Its weakness is the same as every card-based method here — Wildz, Caxino, Spinz, Wheelz and Beazt pay back to it, and Speedz, Berriez and Flamez do not. Plan the exit route before you need it.
Wildz, Caxino, Spinz, Wheelz and Beazt, with a C$20 minimum. Speedz, Berriez and Flamez accept Apple Pay deposits but do not pay out to it — use Interac, MiFinity or MuchBetter at those three.
Yes. Apple Pay sends a device-specific token and a one-time code rather than your card number, so the casino never stores your real details. Each payment is confirmed with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
C$10 at all eight casinos we review. That is notable at Speedz, Berriez and Flamez, where a direct card deposit requires C$20 — the same card via Apple Pay costs half as much to use.
No. Apple Pay works only on Apple devices with Wallet configured. The Android equivalent is Google Pay, which three of these eight casinos accept for deposits and none accept for withdrawals.
No operator on our list adds a fee. Any charge would come from the bank that issued the card sitting behind your Apple Pay setup.
