Craps is a table full of bets with wildly different value. Learning three of them is enough to play well; the rest exist for people who do not.

After a point is established on a Pass Line bet, you can place an additional Odds bet behind it. That bet pays at true mathematical odds with no house margin at all — the only such bet anywhere in a casino.
It does not make craps a winning game, because you must have a Pass Line bet at 1.41% to place it. What it does is dilute your average edge: a C$10 Pass Line bet with C$20 of Odds behind it carries the same 1.41% on the C$10 while the C$20 rides free, bringing the blended edge on your C$30 down to roughly 0.47%. Backing the Pass Line with the maximum Odds the table allows is the whole strategy of craps.
The centre of the table — the proposition bets, hardways, Any 7, Any Craps — carries edges from 9% to over 16%. They pay dramatically and lose constantly. Nothing about them is a trap exactly; they are simply priced for the house, and they are placed in the middle of the table because that is where people reach.
Of the eight we review, only Caxino. Craps is uncommon at offshore casinos serving Canada — it is a complex table game to run online and demand is smaller than for blackjack or roulette.
